Clients may submit a cash withdrawal request either through the UTRADE App or by submitting a Withdrawal Form to PT Kay Hian Sekuritas.

Withdrawal via UTRADE App

Steps

1. Log in to the UTRADE app. Then enter your PIN.
2. Select the “Session” menu and choose “Fund Transfer.”
3. Click “ACCEPT” in the disclaimer box.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
5. (The amount that can be withdrawn is based on the “Cash Available” balance shown.)
6. Review the withdrawal details and ensure all information is correct.
7. Submit the withdrawal request.

The funds will be transferred to the bank account registered with PT Kay Hian Sekuritas, in accordance with applicable processing procedures. Clients may also complete the Withdrawal Form and submit it to PT Kay Hian Sekuritas.

The completed form must be sent from the email address registered with PT Kay Hian Sekuritas to csindonesia@kh.co.id. Please include your account number and withdrawal amount and ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate.

Note: Withdrawal funds will only be transferred to the bank account registered under the client’s name with PT Kay Hian Sekuritas.
